Typically these types of thermometers can be a little off but I have to say the Lang has been pretty dead on so far. It’s a new pit so hopefully it’ll last

Hmmm. The Lang thermometer is reading 210F, and the Dot is reading 233F? So they are 23F apart. I assume the Lang probe is higher than the Thermoworks probe, so that surprises me, since my offset is always hotter higher up above the grate.
