ID:	14826 I got this bad boy delivered to me yesterday 9/1. I cannot wait to cook on it this coming weekend. I just want to tell everyone that the customer service from the people at Lang was outstanding. I called several times before I made my final decision and they were very helpful each time I called. Extra special kudos to AJ and his wife who delivered the smoker to me. They called me before they left Georgia and 3 times on delivery day to let me know how soon they would be there.

Welcome RGT, Very nice lookin grill/smoker. You have a quality unit that AR gave a Gold best value award to. You sure you don't have time to use it today?

Awesome, I love the man sized wheels, and the prep space... all of it really.

Now that's what I call HEAVY METAL!

Thanks Max, your review helped me make my decision.

          That is SAAWEEETTT!!!!! Congrats!

That is a sweet looking piece of smoking goodness..... Congratulations! Lang's hmmmm? (Nope, no more toys! No more toys!)

Hey rgtrello. Glad to help. Please share your experience with comments under our review. You schmokin' on that baby yet?

I'll admit to some mild smoker envy. It looks like a really well built cooker, and I can't wait to hear hands on reviews for it.

Ok, so here is an update. As soon as I got it, I left for Hawaii and my backyard was all tore up. Getting everything back together and have started cooking. I have done chicken thigh and leg quarters a couple times and they turned out very moist and juicy. This last weekend I smoked a pork shoulder Kalua style with black and red salt wrapped in banana leaves then foil. It smoked at about 235 degrees for 10 hours 15 minutes and it came out a very nice 198 degrees. Shredded easily and tasted wonderful. Again nice and juicy. I have also smoked short ribs which I have added a picture here and let me tell you, best I have ever done. Click image for larger version

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.

Napoleon’s 22″ Pro Cart Charcoal Kettle Grill puts a few spins on the familiar kettle design. In fact, the hinged lid with a handle on the front, spins in a rotary motion 180 degrees.
