Thanks to the AmazingRibs equipment reviews, I bought a Lang 36" Patio Deluxe model.
I got this bad boy delivered to me yesterday 9/1. I cannot wait to cook on it this coming weekend. I just want to tell everyone that the customer service from the people at Lang was outstanding. I called several times before I made my final decision and they were very helpful each time I called. Extra special kudos to AJ and his wife who delivered the smoker to me. They called me before they left Georgia and 3 times on delivery day to let me know how soon they would be there.

Ok, so here is an update. As soon as I got it, I left for Hawaii and my backyard was all tore up. Getting everything back together and have started cooking. I have done chicken thigh and leg quarters a couple times and they turned out very moist and juicy. This last weekend I smoked a pork shoulder Kalua style with black and red salt wrapped in banana leaves then foil. It smoked at about 235 degrees for 10 hours 15 minutes and it came out a very nice 198 degrees. Shredded easily and tasted wonderful. Again nice and juicy. I have also smoked short ribs which I have added a picture here and let me tell you, best I have ever done.
