Glad you enjoyed it! Spring is still a ways off here in Wisconsin. Mother Nature has thrown a few "teaser" days at us lately with 50 degree temps but it's not gonna last. We've still got a good month/month and a half of potential deep freeze ahead of us. I'll breathe a sigh of relief come May.
I remember firing up my COS as things warmed up 6 years ago, sun shining, birds chirping. Now I'm gonna fire up another cooker this spring that requires much less attention. And I could care less about the sun or the birds.
It was BIG FUN, Brotha, to be able to cook minus union suit n Carhartts, etc.!
My Horizon is rock-steady; I used no clock, thermo, etc... jus cooked BBQ...
Amen brother. Spring is in the air and it's laced with smoke! Love that cooker. I'm thinkin' I wanna set of those wheels on my drum. I'll be wheeling it around this summer I'm sure.
Thanks, brother! Doin my best to help 'Lace th Air'!
Very intriguin idea, yer wheels on a UDS...
I'd use summat less than steel wagon wheels, due to UDS light weight, but idea easily beats lift that barge...
Nice job Mr. Bones that looks likes a sweet rig ya got there. Always nice to get the smoke rollin'! Supposed to hit 40 degrees here on Saturday so I pulled 2 racks of spares from the freezer today. Going to drag the rig out of the garage and smoke up some spares. Took another pound of that wagyu burger out of the freezer too for griddle burgers on Sunday.
