We're blessed by being within 90 miles of the Gulf of Mexico

I'll remind you of that come June 1.

One of the reasons I enjoy being a good 2 hours north of Orange, Texas is June 1.

There is a Brookshire Brothers in Lufkin across from the chicken plant that has a mack daddy meat section.

In reality, if I can get to a Burger King or Popeyes that is a good food trip for me.

Chelsea market in NYC is friggin incredible. Its usually a day trip bc im not driving into ny just for that so on the odd occasion we go we usually plan something else out to do first then hit the market in mid afternoon and then head straight home so we can get stuff in the fridge

I love open air markets. We have a vast farmer's market here in one area of Houston that you could spend days in just roaming its confines. It's so old world, roaming for all fresh ingredients, the sights, the smells. It's a foodie paradise !!
