Welcome back to Sweden! I was born and raised in Kristianstad, < 1 hour’s drive from Lund. Elton's BBQ is right, SouthSideBBQ.se is the store. I know the owner, been there many times, and he’s sold my products. Outside Helsingborg you will find BBQMonster.se, online plus real store. I know that owner too. Well worth a visit. Both stores have meat also.

I ordered my first set of meats from Skånska Vilt in Vinslöv, they do the butchering for Gunnaröd's Gård (who I have been told have some of the best lamb down here). I will definitely visit BBQMonster as well. I thin kI may have been with my dad a few years ago.
I actually ordered my Traeger from Grillkung based in Mjölby near my home town of Norrköping. One of the people who run it is some relative to someone I used to work with when I was younger. I am getting a second delivery (cover and some other bits) today. I just need this rain to stop so I can trick my neighbour into helping me rolling it out of the uterum so I can fire it up! If it finishes fast enough I might be able to get some ribs done.
Quick question if I may, do you have a recommendation for a Brisket slicer that is actually possible to get here in Sweden? I found some of the Victronix knives on bagaren och kocken, but they seem quite overpriced unfortunately. Any advice or recommendation is appreciated, I currently have nothing long enough to slice a brisket.
