Snake River Farms- High quality Wagyu & Prime briskets, filets, and other cuts

Thought I'd pass it on that SnakeRiverFarms.com is offering 15% off their Gold Wagyu briskets (a notch above regular Wagyu, if you can imagine). Use code BBQGOLD at checkout. It makes the 11-14lb brisket $126 instead of $149.

Splurge item for sure, but if you're in the market for a Wagyu brisket it's a great deal on a world class cut of meat.

They also offer Wagyu and Prime ribeyes, ribeye caps, filets, prime ribs, etc. A best-of-the-best retailer for sure. Not necessarily for the budget-conscious!

Tempting! Their meat is great. I've ordered from them before. They usually give you a pound or two more than you'd expect as well, which is always welcome.

I can't cook brisket well enough yet to do it justice...

Aw man, Wagyu is easier. It gets done quicker from all the soft fatty goodness. Dry brine for 24 hrs, add a dash of BBBR, smoke at 225 with a little oak or pecan (or both) for about 3-4 hrs, wrap once it hits 150ish, take to 190 (Wagyu doesn't need 203), hold in a cambro for 2hrs or until dinner. Drool, slice, chew, repeat.

        You can do it!
