Mr. Moe had a gentle, good life of 15 months, grazin on th sweet prairie...for his last month on Earth, he was gobblin down 15 lbs. of grain, each day...
He, an his brother Curly went to th butcher (Bauman's Butcher Block)25SEP18.
He was hangin/agin from then, until last Monday15OCT18...hangin weight 864 lbs.

I was able to call, an make my preferences, durin th agin process... this is some quick jot notes I made, while callin...
I opted in fer a quarter, hangin weight 216 lbs., cause I wasn't sure what my new lil freezer could hold...
By th looks of it, I coulda gotten 3/8, and still got th lid closed jus fine...might git some more...
Here's th receipt from today, when I picked up my meat...
