Our Superstore has had whole briskets on sale for $3.99/# for the last month around here. In Canada meat is graded A,AA,AAA and prime if the animal is over 30 months old.
Argoboy ok I did not know that's how they're graded
10-4 SS has had them for that price here too but like I mentioned sure weren't that price last week.
I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

"Canada AA Or USDA Select or higher"...Select brisket ain't great. Is your AA more similar to USDA's Choice? In any case, cook her up good and share pics!
One of the best briskets I ever made was a low $30ish wally world select. Just injected it and maybe got lucky. I was planning on chili, but it ended up being so good it all got served as sliced brisket.
Husky like most govt run entities up here who knows the meat grading system I certainly don’t. My guess is it’s most likely a US packer imported up here because of the USDA choice designation in the flyer. Why even mention that if it’s Cdn beef.
Plus most meat cuts are ground into hamburger hereðŸ¤😑
Are you close to Fort Erie, may be worth a trip north
With the exchange you could really stock up for $30-35 a packer unless that’s what your paying now.
But then there’s the damn lineups at the crossings
