      I think the cheese is what took the heat away...the fats in the cheese will envelop the casein in the peppers...same effect as milk..that's why it works on pepper spray, don't ask me how I know that...;-)

        I don't know. I've gotten habanero jack cheese before. I think Cabot makes it. And it had some pretty good heat.
        So more experimenting to come.
