Costco: Olive Oil and Parmigiano reggiano ... Surprise!!!

Been using Kirkland Organic EVOO for more years than I can remember. I much prefer the organic version to the standard.

After my wife read an article about a lot of OO being “fake” and one of the giveaways that it may not be legit is multiple countries of origin, which the Kirkland Organic has. So as our bottle is running low we picked up their Spanish EVOO. Haven’t tried it yet, but single origin fruit, so…

Might all be a hoax…but their oil and cheese are great products! Also been using their balsamic vinegar and we really like it.

I don't think it's a hoax. Good EVOO is expensive comparatively speaking.
Lots of profit to be made passing off sub standard oil as the real deal, and countless ways to do it.
How many people are going to be able to tell the difference?
I'm certain I wouldn't be able to.
I feel comfortable with Costco doing their due diligence as they take great care in ensuring that their brand is of the highest quality possible.
