    I may be a newbie to the forum, but NOT to the art of good meat!

    I still remember my first taste of dry-aged prime beef as an eight year old back in 1968. After all these years I still remember the name of the butcher and the street on which his shop was located. It was on Montrose just off the Kennedy Expressway. Meathead probably knew the guy. I guarantee he knew the owner of liquor store chain I worked for...Harold Binstein.

                                Since you’re new here, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
