    Hello from Michigan

    Hi. I just joined the Pit, after years of using Amazingribs.com as a great resource. I love smoking meats and grilling. Especially ribs, brisket, pork butt, steaks. I started out with an electric smoker, but now use a Traeger Pro 34, Weber Kettle and SnS, and very recently a PBC. It is cold up here in Michigan right now, but I try to cook outdoors year round. I'm looking forward to improving my outdoor cooking skills with this group. Here are a couple of my more recent cooks.
