    Greetings from Chicago!

    Hello!

    So glad I found this site. I started smoking last summer with a homemade electric smoker I made from a 20 gallon trash can and fell in love with the process. I used AmazingRibs ratings and reviews to decide upon upgrading to a WSM 18" a few weeks ago. Looking forward to learning a lot on here!

    Going to try a pork butt this weekend!

            Oh man, when I first got into smoking last summer I was putting basically everything edible on there, including a homemade deep dish. Will post a recipe here once I perfect it!

                    Belated welcome to The Pit kabari! Great having you here. Hope you like the WSM and I too would love to see pizza pics. I made a lasagna on my smoker a few months back, the recipe/post is somewhere in the volumes here.. Great stuff.
