        FireMan.......about 4 inches of that roast in the fridge for breakfast. Wife wasn’t in the mood to make sides. So, it was beef and bread for dinner (everybody was happy). Had Christmas dinner with the rest of the family yesterday. A little unorthodox I know but it made the clean-up easy....
