    Hello From Metro Detroit

    Hello Everyone .
Just bought the book The science of great barbecue and grilling and signed up for the pit masters club. I just started smoking back in August of this year . I bought a weber kettle to see if I would enjoy smoking before putting out more money for a dedicated smoker. I needed to replace my old grill so I figure kill two birds with one stone . I absolutely love it . I smoke every weekend as long as the weather allows me too. The family loves the food almost as much as I enjoy making it .Look forward to chatting with everyone
