        you may want to check out pellet grills also.
        I went from charcoal, to gas, to pellet grill. So much easier. Nearly "set it and forget it".
        Oh yeah.

          I might go that way, down the road. I'm still having too much fun, learning to make the temperature stay in between 225 and 275.
