    Newbie to the Pitmaster Club

    Good morning. My name is Gabriel. I am new to the PM Club. Live in California. I have been smoking for about 10 years now. Have 3 WSMs. I also have a 6 year old KBQ that is beast for rib making and pretty much everything else. Also have two Smokey Joes for my kids. Have a PK grill and a new Hasty Bake. I am a KCBS judge and table captain. Also a World Food Championship judge. Member of SCA, KCBS, and CABBQA. Learned a lot since I've joined PM Club and hope to learn more. Blessings to everyone.

                        Welcome to the Pitmaster Club! Thank you for your support. We recently had another member, Mark V become Master Certified Judge. Nice to have such talented folks here. Most of us here are backyard cooks, but we do have a Competition channel which is broken into a few sub-channels. Maybe you could poke around there and see if any folks need some help, when you have spare time. I bet you're a busy man! I can't wait to learn from you.

                        Since you’re new here, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

                        Also, it's very important that you:
                        1. Give us an email address you actually use. You can check the email we have on file for you by clicking your username in the top-right, then My Settings, then the Account tab. You currently cannot change your email on file with us yourself since it’s tied to your Pitmaster Club account as well as our payment processor if you’re a paying member. Don’t worry though, we’d be happy to change it for you, just click here to fill out an email change request.
                        2. Add the domain AmazingRibs.com to your email safe list. We NEVER spam!
