New Pitmaster Member in WI, USA

I've been lurking about on the site for about 6 months, and as an engineer it is great to see technically accurate information supported with data. A friend and I were talking about the site this evening at dinner, and we both agreed it was high time we joined. So, here I am. My name is Fritz, I hail from SE Wisconsin, and I smoke with a Green Mountain Daniel Boone pellet grill. I've found the advice on the site to be absolutely spot on, and looking forward to enjoying the Pitmaster community.

How's this for a coincidence, two guys from SE Wisconsin signing up within two days of one another. I'm from Racine, name's Eric.

                            Our Favorite Backyard Smoker

The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing. At its crux is a patented firebox that burns logs above the cooking chamber and sucks heat and extremely clean blue smoke into the thermostat controlled oven. It is our favorite smoker, period.

Grilla Pellet Smoker proves good things come in small packages

We always liked Grilla. The small 31.5″ x 29.5″ footprint makes it ideal for use where BBQ space is limited, as on a condo patio.
