I've been lurking about on the site for about 6 months, and as an engineer it is great to see technically accurate information supported with data. A friend and I were talking about the site this evening at dinner, and we both agreed it was high time we joined. So, here I am. My name is Fritz, I hail from SE Wisconsin, and I smoke with a Green Mountain Daniel Boone pellet grill.
