Hi, I’m Martin from not so sunny Scotland. While visiting family in New Jersey, I was introduced to the joy that is smoked ribs, since then I’ve being trying to recreate that experience here in Scotland, Skill level beginner, equipment Propane vertical smoker and a PBC. Still looking for that 1st perfect rack of ribs.
