Hello from the PNW, home of great beer and surprisingly good BBQ. I have been hanging about Amazing Ribs for years, decided to make the plunge into the Club.
Been cooking on a Weber 22" Performance for about 8 years and love it. Have it set with an old Smokenator 1000 for smoking as well. I joined the cult this month and bought a Pit Barrel Cooker. So far I have only cooked a chicken and a bunch of extra drumsticks for the kid and it turned out great. Looking forward to see what it can do. Like shawarma. I really want to make real shawarma on it.
Oh, and I believe Traegers lack soul, but I don't hold that against anyone. BBQ for everyone.
