From Naftzingertown PA, a small town in Berks County PA. Been a member here for a couple of months. Playing around with a KBQ for the last few months but have a number of other smokers. Interest in smoking rekindled about 15 years ago when I started to gather information on cold smoking like we used to do in a small smokehouse here on the farm many years ago. Looks like a great group of guys here with tons of information.
