Been cooking and grilling for at least 30 years and trying to get better every time I start up my somewhat old Weber Genesis or my charcoal «table».
Decided to finally join AmazingRibs since the stuff I learned here (for free!) are well worth giving a bit back, and being able to dig even further in the site. And Meathead did like and share a few of my tweets lately so that deserved something!
Note: English is my second language so sorry for the mistakes that might slip in.
