    Good Morning from a New-to-Smoker

Good Morning! I've just signed up and I'm so excited to see/read all of the amazing stories and tips/tricks from you all. I am completely new to smoking. Currently my only outdoor cooker has been a fantastic Weber Summit 4-burner. And while it has a small smoker box within, I don't feel like it's really designed for significant smoking, so I am building an Ugly Drum Smoker. Any tips/suggestion (aside from the many videos I've watched online)?

    Thanks!

Welcome to the Pit from the California Delta. Quite a few drum smoker "experts" around who I'm sure will chime in.
