I much prefer stick or charcoal, but was going to get electric for the ease as a beginner, but my heart is seeing one of the others.
As for cooking size, four people including myself. Types small spare ribs, steaks, chicken, maybe a ham, and brisket.
I love Tennessee, Texas, and Kansas City style cooking. So easy on the sauce mostly, and bring on the rub!!!!!.
My wife is trying to convince me a Oklahoma Joe isnt bad, and Weber is just a name. The smoker that my heart is truly after is a Weber 18-in smokey mountain cooker.
