Late 60s aging Vermont hippie, spending the cold weather months in central Florida. I began smoking fish and chicken on my original Weber kettle in 1974. Now, in 2019, my 3rd Weber kettle is going strong. I also use a Weber Smoky Mountain 18.5," a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24," and a Pit Barrel cooker smoker. Every Thanksgiving turkey has been done on the Weber Kettle since 1974 (45 years!). I smoke bacon, fish, cheese, ribs, pork butt, prime rib, brisket, lamb, chicken, pheasant, ducks, and anything else I can fit into one of my smokers.
