New member. Kind of fooled around with grilling in the past. Never smoked before. Bought an Oklahoma Joe's Bronco a few weeks ago. Cooked salmon a couple of times and a whole chicken once. Trying a packer brisket today and go figure, we've got thunder storms drenching the smoker off and on. Having fun anyway with this new hobby.
LMAO the only clear day forecast is Monday the day we go home. The Mississippi has been at flood level since last week, But we could see our land under the cabin for the first 5 days. LOL.
