    Western Wi

Hello all. Love in western wi (way claire) Been smoking and grilling for years.

Early 20s had an electric masterbuilt.

I have started a mini grill and smoker collection.

I have a pk 360, cheaper pitt boss pellet grill, wsm 18, and recently just got a karbeque.

I debated between stick burners and a karbeque for months. Wound up going with a karbeque because of my experiences smoking up north in the winter. Basically, I noticed when running a wsm and cheaper stick burners in the wisconsin winters that they would draw a lot more smoker and flavor when it was cold. The karbeque had the convection which constantly draw the smoke. Used it once and have been disappointed.

Welcome! Glad you made it! Looking forward to hearing about the cooks you do! Around here we like grilling our chops, not busting yours. If there is any such thing as a silly question I figure I have already cornered the market. So you go right ahead and ask anything you want, we're all friendly.
