                    Mostly no sauce, but when I do mgaretz blasphemy ribs (https://pitmaster.amazingribs.com/fo...blasphemy-ribs), I usually use sauce.

                        Oh yeah, some things definitely need sauce. Especially high fat/grease items like pork belly, Boston butt that need something to cut through the heaviness.


                        I always have sauce for pulled pork & generally offer slaw/pickles as well to others.

                          I actually made that for my parents fridge for when I’m cooking for them...
                          It took a while but I finally managed to get them down to medium, which is fine by me.
