Glad to be here and learn!
I've been using the free portion of the website for a couple years now and it's the only source of information I trust to learn the science of BBQ, get gear reviews, etc.
Finally decided to join up and learn from ya'll as well.
I've got a PK original (wanted a 360, but my wife is pregnant with our 1st & I'm fairly certain that's a solid legal defense for stabbing me LOL), and a PBC.
A ThermoWorks ThermoPop & ThermoPro TP20 for temps (Fireboard gets here Wednesday, thanks to ya'll).
I'm originally from over in West Tennessee, so while I've got so much left to learn I do know this, sauce doesn't belong on ribs.
