Hello my name is Allen, I've been a user of the site pretty regularly and finally joined pitmaster club.
Several years ago i wanted to volunteer for the Houston Rodeo and, never having cooked/grilled too much at home. I was somehow lucky enough to be placed on the BBQ committee and, I have been hooked on Barbecue ever since.
I cook on a Jambo Backyard, PK 360 and, a Traeger Pro 34 (Usually only use this if I have run out of cooking space). Looking forward to learning from you guys and contributing what I can.
