BEST Rib Eye I every had was in Kansas. You have a great org. there, the All American Beef Battalion. They put on a Steak dinner for Deploying Military and their families. Rib Eye so tender you could cut it with a plastic knife and fork.

Just Smoked a couple racks of Beef Back Ribs. I used only some olive oil and some All American Beef Battalion Steak Seasoning. Camp Chef Smoke Pro, 275 for 2 hrs. and 300 for 10 minutes, Meat temp 205. tender, moist, and very Ummmm, Ummmm flavor. Lovin the Smokin Life!!
