The Pit and the Republic of Texas welcomes you !!! If you have some great recipes you'd like to share, please post them. If yours is chosen it may get published on the free part of the website !! Make you famous, I guarantee !!
I'd appreciate your opinion on what beer you like. Guiness Stout is my favorite. I suspect there are some other good beers around you that don't contain fruit peels, tree bark, and other such things that seem to be the rage here in the states.
I might disappoint you here! I'm not quite at the tree bark end of the spectrum, but I'm really into my craft beer.
To that end I'm a big Brewdog fan. For one they are HQ'd I'm my town!
They opened a brewery in Columbus Ohio a couple years ago.
They started out in their garage about 10 years ago, and indeed sold a 25% stake in their company to an American venture capitalist for $218 million not long ago. So I really like their Punk IPA it has a great hoppy punch. I love a Guinness too!
Ever notice how all great things originate in people’s garages ?? Big Guinness fan here as well MeatMonster. My former business partner was also distributing G here and we had a tapper in our office at all times !! Nectar of the gods !!!
