Hi everyone. New member since January, and I’m working with a couple of Traeger grills. Been trying several different recipes, with some homeruns, and some strikeouts. All part of the learning curve I guess. I’ve been loving the club and Meathead’s book. They have definitely helped.
Im always looking to improve my cooking, and I believe I’m in the right spot.
