Hello, all! After scouring amazingribs.com for months, learning on my first smoker since this summer, and reading Meathead's book, Meathead, I'm excited to join the community! I've absolutely fallen in love with everything that is homemeade BBQ (I fell in love with eating the stuff around 20 years ago haha)... the process, the science, the art - all of it! I look forward to learning even more from you all and continuing the journey!
PS, I'm currently in Dayton, OH and moving to Alamogordo, NM in April for any members near either area.
Welcome to the Pitmaster Club! Thanks for joining up!
