          Greetings from Boston. Don't let the cold bother you. A good digital thermometer with WiFi capability will allow you to grill and monitor it from indoors! Plenty of good cookers/reviews on this site. Enjoy the Pit!

                  I love Montreal. The wife and I visited for a concert in Feb '17 so I'm with you on cooking in the winter. -4F is not a joke at all. Despite the frigid cold Montreal is one of my favorite cities I've ever visited. Such a great life to it. Would love to check it out in the summer time. Welcome aboard!

                              You know what we used to say in college in Boston (being a bit lit) on a Friday night. "Hey let's go to Montreal"!!! Not that we had much of any way to get up there.
