Hola & welcome fellow Ventura County member. Once again, thank you for you service. Wealth of knowledge on this board and really great people. I also have a 22" Weber kettle with both a Slow-N'-Sear and a Rib-O-Lator (which worked pretty well on baby backs, but no so much with St. Louis cut). Sun forecasted for the weekend, so light-'er-up!
