Welcome from the Pacific NW! Pellet smoker guy here, but too inexperienced to offer much advice - will defer to the depth of experience abounding. I will mention though, I love the convenience of the pellet smoker, knowing full-well there will be maintenance required periodically. Results have been nothing short of delicious. I’m hooked.
