Have been reading Amazing Ribs last couple of years. Thanks Meathead for all your Information on smokin' and grillin'. Been cooking on a Weber Performer Charcoal Grill. Also use the Smokenator 1000. I like slow cooking baby back ribs, Pork butt for pulled pork, and brisket. I can get into burgers, brats, & steaks. Also, veggies.
