Thanks to everybody for the great reception and hospitality!! Looking forward to learning a WHOLE lot from all you BBQ Warriors! Just picked up my OKJ Combo Smoker, will be seasoning the interior on Sunday (9/2/18). Plan on using Peanut oil and bacon grease. Not sure of the exterior of OKJ. Any suggestions? Also looking to purchase some good quality dual thermometers for the meat(s) and BBQ grill. Anybody have any suggestions?

GmanOSS Relocated from (Born and raised, Civic Center and Raitt) Santa Ana. Met my wife and she moved me to HB, never looked back. You need a space after you tag some one. No period.
