Always looking for interesting things to do with grits, so you are a welcome addition here sir!
I have a PK360, one difference to the classic is that you can control it with a fan and get up to 15-20 hrs of stable temps with one big load. I did a tutorial on it here so if you go that direction hit me up with a PM and I'll get you the link.
