    Hello everyone

    Greetings to all. I have just purchased a Weber Kettle 22". So far I've made burgers and rib eye steaks. My wife loved both...said steak couldn't have been cooked better! Still quite a bit to learn and looking forward to reading/watching all of the great material here.

              Welcome aboard Monk. You will need a Slow N’ Sear to go with that kettle to tak enyou into the big leagues. There is a lot to learn & there is plenty of help here. Eat good & have fun!
