Last night i hit a grand slam on my 16 year old BGE and the grill, and I have to boast. Here’s the menu:
Cilantro and Roasted Garlic Grilled Shrimp
New Orleans Style Grilled Oysters
Grilled Corn on the Cob (Yes, Jersey Corn is da best)
and in the starring role:
Pesto Stuffed, Herb Crusted Prime Rib.
Thanks to Meatheads reverse sear, my blend of Mrs O’Leary’s Cow Crust and perfect temperature control this was my biggest success to date, and I’ve had some great success on the Egg.
Dinner for 8, everything done right on time, and even the, "I don’t like oysters" guests loved everything.
