Just want to say a quick hello. I'm Stephen from Columbus, OH. I've been making fairly mediocre food and the occasional good meals via my 22" kettle and PBC. A couple of weeks since I joined the Pit, and I feel like I've learned so much!

Also, joining this forum has really fired up the hidden MCS within me that I didn't know I have. I just recently placed an order for the weber 26" and the SNS XL!
Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks.
