                Hi all,

                Thank you for the warm welcome. Cooked tilapia tonight on the Rec Tec Model 340 at 500 degrees F; on a grill pad, copper or teflon or such. Windy and cool here, about 60 degrees F. the Rec Tec held 500 degrees F perfectly. The tilapia, with home made Sazon seasoning and a little olive oil came out perfectly tender and moist. So far, Recommend Rec Tec as great pellet grill.
