Today was tri-tip day! Smoked and reverse seared. Meathead following your lead all my neighbors think I’m a grill maven. I do give you credit though. The cook was done on my Napoleon TravelQ and a smoke tube. And by the way you have no idea how hard it is to get a tri-tip in Warren, Ohio.
