Welcome aboard. I to am currently in south jersey. Maybe sometime all of us from south jersey can meet up somewhere and tell bbq stories. Which reminds me the bbq state comp/championship is coming up in July 13. Maybe we all could meet then. I plan on going and getting some more ideas. Just pm me if interested
