    Memphis Born

    I became interested in this site after a visit to Katz deli in New York. I've made the corned beef 3 or 4 times and the pastrami 3 times. Each time both were very good. I am also cooking one of the rib recipes today. I've have competed in Memphis in May for 7 years during its initial days but feel as though I've lost my grilling techniques. I watch a lot of cooking shows and have become a better cook but need to improve my grilling/smoking. So here I am hoping to improve and thanks for the opportunity to share your experience.
