    Happy Smoking New Year!

    Like many others I have been a frequent visitor to this site learning about the art of smoking sweet meats! I have learned so much from Meatheads fact based, detailed, in-depth BBQ advice! I started smoking on my LP grill about 5 years ago. Struggling with the specialized skill of temperature control, I have used your standard big box store electric POS with less than desirable results. Today I have been blessed with the company of my very own PBC that I received for my B Day last year. I am really stoked to be a little part of this awesome team of professionals and backyard bros who just love cooking, eating and teaching the art of smoking sweet meat!

            First of all welcome to The Pit!!! This is a great place to live and learn the ways of the PBC! We have a huge PBC following here in The Pit. And I see you got the Navy edition PBC. Thats awesome. Thank you for your sacrifice and service to our country. Hope to here from you soon.
