    Hi from Northern California

    This intro is probably late, as I've been hanging around AmazingRibs for a while already, but I'm a veteran home cook, with a pretty solid track record of smoking on a Bradley. I've just upgraded to a Memphis Advantage, and have been having a great time upping my game. I'm actually more familiar with indoor technique, ranging from stir-fry, to pressure cooking, to sous-vide, but love all kinds of smoking and grilling. I'm more than a bit of a nerd, so combining science with taste appeals to me.
